Mindfulness Through Touch & Color Workshop

In June, we customized the Painting by HeArt to emphasize Mindfulness through Touch & Color as part of Mindfulness Classes using the Senses that are held at Chelsey Park in June

​

4x6 canvases textured with Rose Petals, Lavender, Peonie Petals & Sea Salt were painted by hand/glove to create the beautiful works of HeART Art Below!

​

In July, we used textured canvases designed like flags & fireworks!

​

In September, we painted Fall Leaves!

 

 I'm so grateful to bring Painting by HeArt into this beautiful space.
